Found a great location for a shoot! Driving the streets of Barrio Logan san diego california we came across a great walking bridge that runs over Interstate 5.
Scoped it out and only a couple of homeless people hanging out up there.
Next we had to figure out where we were going to do paint for the shoot.
No acceptable locations near the shoot location so we decided to do paint at home then drive to the shoot location.
It was a warm night so we really needed to figure out how to keep the paint from sweating off on the drive over.
A light mist of setting spray and a dusting of baby powder and problem solved. Once the cloud of powder cleared we gathered our gear,
wrapped up in a light robe and off we went to Barrio Logan.
This was a wonderfully urban location, a few homeless the essence of pee and the exhaust fumes from the Interstate, the overpass and street lights.
It was all just the right atmosphere for this on location shoot.
Our model was Amazing! She was up for the task.
Blind folded and handcuffed to the chainlink fence surrounding the over pass,
and even at one point laying completely naked on the concrete, with the exception of the paint covering the essentials and a pair of boots.
We couldn’t have asked for a better person for this on location shoot. I was able to keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable the entire time.
